EY Digital Brands LLC (Horal) does not sell your personal information for money, but we may share certain data with advertising partners such as Meta and Google to show you relevant ads, which may count as “sharing.”
- Identifiers — email address, IP address, device and advertising identifiers.
- Commercial information — products viewed and purchase history.
- Internet activity — pages visited, links clicked, time on site, referring URLs.
We do not and will not sell your name, address, payment information or other directly identifying information to data brokers or any third party for money.
By email (preferred): write to support@try-horal.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request", including your full name and the email you used to order.
By phone: call +1 (660) 229-8436 (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST) and ask for a CCPA opt-out.
We verify your request, process it within 15 business days, instruct our advertising partners to stop using your information for targeted advertising where technically feasible, and confirm by email. Ads based on data already processed by those platforms may continue for a while under their own policies; you can also adjust your settings in Google Ad Settings and Facebook Ad Preferences.
We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing where technically supported. If your browser sends GPC, we treat your visit as an opt-out without any further action from you. See globalprivacycontrol.org to enable it.
We will never deny you goods, charge different prices or provide a different level of service because you exercised your privacy rights. Your other rights — to know, delete and correct your information — are described in our Privacy Policy.
